Coffee and Community

Women students! On Tuesday January 19th at 7pm we will meet for coffee and community at the home of Dr. Steve and Carol Lemke. Grab your favorite mug and come join us for a good time of conversation and connection with fellow women students!

Student Wives Fellowship

Student Wives! On January 21, come join us in the Creole Room from 7-9pm for a night of Jammies (or sweats!) and Junk Food! Come in your comfy clothes and enjoy a fun night of fellowship getting to know fellow student wives. Diane Nix will be sharing about the importance of Authentic Living. Childcare is provided. Make your reservation by emailing childcare@nobts.edu by January 19th.

Ministry Wife Certificate Courses

Ladies, don’t miss out! Ministry Wives classes begin Tuesday, January 19. The Ministry Wife Certificate program is FREE to all wives of current NOBTS students with classes offered in on-campus, online, and workshop formats.

  • Beginning Tuesday, January 19, the online Ministry Wife class is Mentoring for the Minister’s Wife, an 8-week course taught by Dr. Emily Dean. You may register by contacting lcasstregistrar@nobts.edu with course name and your contact information.
  • Also on Tuesday, January 19 at 6:30 p.m., registration will be held for the on-campus class Women in the Bible, to be taught by Dr. Rhonda Kelley. This 8-week class will be held weekly in HSC 280 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Free childcare is available by reservation at the Preschool Center by emailing childcare@nobts.edu. Please note that, if you enroll in the on-campus class as a new student, you are required to submit your immunization records by Tuesday January 26. Brown Bag Book Club Starts Back Feb. 1

On Monday, February 1, the Brown Bag Book Club will start back meeting weekly at noon in the Creole Room at the Cafeteria. We’ll begin a new study on the book of Mark titled, Jesus: Experiencing His Touch. Contact Dr. Emily at nobtswomen@nobts.edu to let her know if you can come so she can have extra study guides available. All campus women (students, staff, and wives) are welcome!
